Susanne Wilburn joined CHP as Homeownership Advisor in 2024. Operating under CHP’s HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency, Susanne is responsible for assisting prospective homebuyers in setting and achieving their housing purchase goals. Her primary responsibilities include delivery group education programs as well as facilitating one-on-one consulting to clients based on their unique needs. By providing clients with the information and resources to make informed housing choices, Susanne contributes to CHP Homeownership’s mission of creating sustainable homeowners throughout the communities we serve.

Before joining CHP, Susanne worked in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer Support for multiple loan officers. She has extensive experience guiding clients through the entire mortgage process, from initial application to final loan closing..
